Bill Richardson reneged on his promise to sign HPV vaccination legislation after considering the concerns of doctors.
Richardson visited North Korea in order to negotiate the return of the remains of soliders killed during the Korean War. He also brokered a deal, whereby North Korea would allow weapons inspectors to return.
Announced that he raised $6,246,382.01 during the first quarter.
